Baby abducted and beat, woman charged
Posted September 4th, 2009 by admin | No CommentsNow lets see how much time she actually gets! Justice for Baby Vanessa!
Unfortunately here is another scare on the face of Winnipeg aboriginals as another child is caught in a situation that has become a stereotypical and common news headline, party party party drunk drunk drunk violence violence violence. and you wonder why the stigma stays.
If the aboriginals don’t want to be known as useless drunks , “THEN DON’T BE USELESS and DON”T BE DRUNK”. Why don’ t the Aboriginal leaders take all the money that they put to casino construction ( and other bull shit projects that bring their communities down) and build an education center, then pass a law that all persons on a reserve either work or go to school to receive “funding”. They will then have a generation to be proud of, this generation then can run their communities with a strong educational background and set an EXAMPLE for generations to come.
Why doesn’t our government build futures for theses people instead of enabling an entire culture wallow in a welfare pit?
lets do something to bring these proud people into a purposeful role in Canada.
Work for welfare! not only helps our city infrastructure but also helps those who would not otherwise have a chance to get a job or training.
work for welfare will cret a huge value to those people receiving “funding”, there is a certain feeling of pride one gets, when handed a cheque that you have EARNED! instead of being given a hand out.

Woman charged with abducting, beating toddler

A 19-year-old woman has been charged with attempted murder and abduction after the brutal beating of a toddler in Winnipeg early Tuesday.
The 14-month-old girl, named Vanessa, was attacked around 4:30 a.m. CT near a Manitoba Housing complex and playground on Chudley Street.
The woman charged, Nikita Solange Eaglestick, and the girl are not related, Winnipeg police said.
Police allege Vanessa was taken from a home in the 100 block of Gilbert Avenue and assaulted. The attacker ran off when a man came to see what was happening.
Tyler Bilsborrow is now being hailed as a hero by people in the neighbourhood.
He was having a cigarette outside his home on Chudley Street when he heard screams and went to look. He saw a woman slamming something against the sidewalk.
Bilsborrow wrapped the child in his sweater and held her until emergency crews arrived. He said emergency crews have told him Vanessa would surely have died if he hadn’t intervened.

The condition of the girl, who was initially rushed to hospital in serious condition, has improved. She is now listed as stable, police said.
Const. Jason Michalyshen said Eaglestick was drinking at a party at the residence of Vanessa’s parents prior to the assault, but police have not yet identified any potential motive for the attack against the girl.
“That is something that we’re all kind of scratching our heads right now to try and figure out,” Michalyshen said. “Our investigators spent the majority of the day interviewing witnesses — individuals that may possess valuable information with regards to the investigation.”
The assault has left veteran police investigators shaken, Michalyshen added.
“There are officers that are either somewhat involved or directly involved, and it’s impacting them,” he said.
Neighbour Elaine Linklater was awakened by the party noise at the home.

“They’re noisy, arguing, shouting,” she said. “I usually just close the window because I always hear that.”
Police said Vanessa and her mother were at the home during the party and Manitoba’s Child and Family Services is involved in the investigation.
Vanessa’s mother phoned Bilsborrow on Wednesday to thank him, but he was catching up on sleep he missed following the disturbing incident, said Bilsborrow’s mom, Pearl.
“She was quite upset, and she was crying really hard still. I really felt for her, I was crying with her,” Pearl said, adding that Vanessa’s mom said she hasn’t been able to see the baby yet, due to the ongoing investigation.
“She’s asked us to come to the hospital to come see her when she has access to the child, so my son and her child can reconnect, and my son will be able to see that her daughter’s OK,” Pearl said.
Eaglestick remains in custody.

Baby’s face smashed against the pavement..WTF!
Posted September 2nd, 2009 by admin | No CommentsO h here we go ! this woman was then witnessed as saying “Wheres my baby?” like she doesn’t remember slamming a child’s head against the ground! she must think she is going to pull a “not criminally liable” bull shit due to mental illness crap.
Yes their are legitimate persons with disabilities, but!, those persons don’t suddenly develop the illness after committing a horrible crime. They have a long history of treatment and live day to day with their illness.
But scum like this see the “V. Lee’s” of the world and think they can get off with newly acquired illness. The bitch will not be so lucky! she will do hard time for this… she better!
Our justice system needs act and punish these horrible people, because if they don’t, the citizens of Winnipeg will have enough one day!
And demand a change.. I know I am ready for some justice in this city.
The following is from the Winnipeg Sun
Editor’s Note: This article contains graphic details some readers may find disturbing.
Hailed as a saviour, a Winnipeg man who interrupted a woman as she savagely attacked a months-old child yesterday says the baby was so badly injured he couldn’t tell if it had a face.
Tyler Bilsborrow, 18, spotted the woman smashing the baby’s face into a sidewalk when he stepped outside his Chudley Street home in Tyndall Park for a smoke about 4:30 a.m.
From afar, it appeared the woman was beating a cat. But when Billsborrow got close, he was horrified — the woman dropped the baby on the boulevard and staggered off and he realized it was a baby, who was covered in blood, screaming and gasping for air, he said.
“She had the baby’s face like this and was smashing it into the concrete,” he said, motioning to demonstrate how the woman’s hands were around the baby’s neck. “She just ran off crying. She didn’t say anything.”
Detectives and Bilsborrow’s mom, Pearl, credit him for saving the child.
“The police said, ‘You pretty much saved her life,’” said Bilsborrow, who was emotionally shaken by the ordeal.
Bilsborrow said it appeared the child, wearing only a shirt and diaper, was a girl about six months old.
Police said the baby is in guarded condition and being monitored closely in hospital.
“The individual may not be out of the woods. Medical (staff) are still very concerned for the outcome,” said police spokesman Const. Jason Michalyshen.
The incident happened on Chudley, just south of Tyndall Avenue and across from a housing development in Gilbert Park.
Moments before police arrived, the girl’s mother was overheard crying in front of the family’s home, which is close to the crime scene.
“She was saying she couldn’t find her daughter,” a neighbour said. “She was with a guy and he was saying, ‘Don’t cry, we’re going to find her.’ ”
Bilsborrow said a woman was arrested nearby. Police wouldn’t confirm the arrest or any details about the child, including its gender, age and connection to the woman.
Bilsborrow, the father of a one-year-old girl, wrapped the baby in his hoodie, called 911 on his cellphone, and comforted the child until emergency personnel arrived.
Bilsborrow said he removed some kind of cord or string wrapped around the baby’s neck.
He believes the attacker was intoxicated. He didn’t stop her because his concern was the baby’s well-being.
The incident outraged and sickened Bilsborrow’s mom and neighbours.
“She should have her head smacked in the way she did that baby. What could (a baby) honestly do to deserve such a licking?” Pearl Bilsborrow said.
Detectives in the child abuse unit are investigating.

Winnipeg Baby Brutally Beaten
Posted September 1st, 2009 by admin | No CommentsA Baby Beaten! by an intoxicated woman! Holy Fck!
A baby………………..it’s a baby………GOD!
The filthy piece of garbage that did this better pay!. I am so disgusted at what a deranged….i cant really find the right words …would do something like this.
A baby can’t speak…can’t defend it’s self….this is a horrible day in Winnipeg when a innocent child is dragged into street and brutally beaten out in the open “thank you Mr. Bilsborrow…thank you.
More to come on this! for sure!
The following was taken for the Winnipeg Sun
WINNIPEG — A baby is in hospital after what witnesses describe as a brutal attack in which the child’s face was smashed into cement.
Pearl Bilsborrow says her son, Tyler, saw what he initially thought was a woman beating up a cat near their home in Winnipeg.
Bilsborrow says the woman fled when the 18-year-old approached to see what was going on and found a baby in a pool of blood.
Bilsborrow, who watched firefighters hose blood off the sidewalk, says she doesn’t understand what could have prompted the attack.
Winnipeg will only confirm that a young child was taken to hospital in critical condition and the child abuse unit is investigating.
A police spokeswoman says the toddler is now in guarded condition.

Winnipeg citizens are fighting back! – Teach Your Kids to Defend Themselves
Posted August 28th, 2009 by admin | No CommentsWith all the news lately of clerks and everyday citizens intervening when they see criminals in the act, all i can say is “it’s about time”.
Thank you to all the people in this city who are standing up for themselves and for those that can’t.
We are a city that is infested with criminals and gangsters, we need to stand up and let these parasites know that we won’t take this shit sitting down anymore.
Here is a link to an impressive urban combat training video system. You should prepare yourself and your family for the worst, because if you are prepared for the worst, you will always be prepared. I am not trying to promote paranoia, but, imagine if your son or daughter was instantly in a situation that their life could be in danger, you would then at that moment, want them to be able to defend themselves or better yet, kick the guy’s ass.
My son has been training since he was 10 and has been given numerous lessons on street survival, i know if my son is in a dangerous situation that he has a better chance of survival than most of you. My daughter is six and has been trained to deal with “strangers” Kick! Bite! Yell! and run! Do your kids know what to do? if not teach them. One day you might wish you did.
Here is a link to a good site with some real information on Self defence for Kids.

Winnipeg’s gang land is everywhere! you are not safe!
Posted July 21st, 2009 by admin | No CommentsThe residents near this house on 495 Redwood, are being absolutely terrorized, ” I Know” because my neighbors and I went through the same thing for an entire summer, kiddie gangs beating and shooting all summer, we were all afraid to look out our front door, i had to walk my wife 20 feet from our front door to our car in the morning because there were 30 to 40 aboriginal kids and teens smokin up and drinkin all night into the morning. I had to move my kids beds away from the outside walls so they would be away from any stray bullets, I placed weapons all over the house and developed emergency plans to defend against a possible home invasion ” SERIOUSLY” this was the worst situation my family has ever been in. The horror did end though, after months of calling the police on a daily basis and having the police ask some ridiculous questions like ” are you sure it was a gun shot”? “Yeah” “perty f*cken sure” when you hear some yell out ” I’m gonna pop a cap in your ass followed by BANG BANG BANG, yeah I am sure! ……the summer of hell ended when the little bastards killed someone and crippled 2 others in ONE NIGHT.
So the moral of the story is, the police often won’t do anything until something serious happens and you can call them until your blue in the face, but , nothing will happen to prevent it, nothing , sure more cruisers drive by, but waht does that do , the fricken roaches scatter and signal each other as soon as the see the po po , then re emerge from the cracks when they are gone.
What we need is the ability to coordinate and have citizen involvement. I voluntered to mount surveilence cameras and give the police access via internet to watch what these bastards were doing ” we cant do that!” and why the hell not! i am giving you a live feed of criminal activity!. So here lies a problem, citizens willing to help and a justice system that only allows you to be the prey! god forbid if we should help or be active in the defense of our families.
now I am getting fried up! what ever happened to the Guardian Angels opening a chapter here? anyone know? post a comment!
The Following is from the Winnipeg Sun:
For the third time in two months, Winnipeg police are investigating a shooting outside a North End house which has been a constant source of problems, neighbours say.
About 18 gunshots were fired by at least one person on the street in front of a house at 495 Redwood Ave. about 3 a.m., giving people who live in the area yet another scare.
“I’m afraid for my life living around here,” said a woman who was awakened by the gunshots.
“I won’t leave the house after dark. Even after suppertime I feel a little antsy. I just want it to end,” she said.
No one was injured in the shooting and no one has been charged. It was unclear how many shots struck the house yesterday.
The woman and a man said it sounded like the shots were fired by a submachine gun.
“It was just like bang, bang, bang, bang,” said the woman, who was awakened and counted at least 12 gunshots. “There was a slight hesitation in between.”
Several people on the block said they are fed up with the violence centred around the house, which is allegedly connected to a local street gang.
The woman said she’s noticed more police cruisers in the area this summer.
Several children lived in the house as of the first two shootings in June.
Neighbours aren’t sure if the family still resides in the house because they saw the occupants moving belongings out a week ago.
All of the main-floor windows facing Redwood Avenue are boarded up and graffiti in the name of a street gang is painted over or removed.
During their investigation at the scene yesterday, forensic identification officers placed 17 yellow evidence markers beside shell casings on the street. One marker was placed next to two shell casings.
Two officers inspected the front wall of the house, which was sprayed with shotgun blasts June 8 and bullets from a handgun June 13.
No one was injured or charged in those incidents.
Two people were taken into police custody after yesterday’s shooting but were released without charges, a police spokesperson said.

Thank you! and wish a safe weekend to all our men and women in blue.
Posted July 17th, 2009 by admin | 1 CommentHello fellow Winnipegers
Its Friday with good weather forecast heading into the weekend, so we now what that means. More violence, i don’t want to seem like a pessimist but, it seems with warm weather comes more blood shed, beatings, shootings, stabbings and what ever else you can imagine.
I know the police do their best and have had the opprotunity to speak with many as I live in a problem area! and have heard and seen the frustration that comes with their jobs and to be honest they are amazing people that deserve our utmost respect.
As being the spoken guy that i am, and could not see myself using the restraining that these officers do especially in cases that involve children, i would not have the control to sit there and look at some piece of sh!t that just beat up their 6 year old. And for that and countless other situations that would flare the tempers of all of us, i say thank you! and wish a safe weekend to all our men and women in blue.

Winnipegs teenage terrorists, brutalize Father and son.
Posted July 17th, 2009 by admin | No CommentsOh look six more pussies gang up on more Winnipeg Citizens. Do you ever get the feeling that Winnipeg isn’t safe, or is that just me?
Everyday more and more Winnipeg Citizens are being terrorized, when will something be done? Well we shouldn’t hold our breath for the politicians do anything, and why would they, we are the ones that voted them in, so why should they care about us. Just like every political arse out there, the seem to forget who put them there and why! Just a reminder to all you fricken politicians out there ‘YOU WORK FOR US” and don’t you fricken forget it! We are all getting tired of the bull sh!t that spews from your mouths, we are abl to voice ourselves and we will be heard and YOU will be held accountable for your lack duty to the very people that elected you.
Its so hard to tell who the scum bags really are, the criminals ? or the criminals that keep putting them back on the streets.
Lets get these gang bangin pussies off our streets. Its weird how so many of these situations are exactly like the most popular video games and movies that our children play and watch for over 40 hours a week, oh but that has nothing to do with the conditioning of our childrens minds ” its just a game” ( where you get to gang up and beat on people ) Real good game! (sarcasm soaked in disgust ).
The following Article is from the Winnipeg Sun
Six teenagers have been charged with attacking a middle-aged stranger and his son as they walked along a Fort Rouge pathway.
The boys, who range from 14 to 17 years old, are accused of beating the older man with a baseball bat and even tree branches before stealing his cell phone and wallet.
The incident occurred on a path near the Midtown Bridge the night of July 3.
“It will be a sad day when I’m not shocked by something like this,” said Winnipeg Police Const. Jason Michalyshen, who noted the attack appears to have been random.
Michalyshen said the man and his son were walking near the bridge about 11:45 p.m. when the group of teens set upon them, beating the man with apparently anything they could find. The man’s son ran away and managed to flag down a passing police car. The officers were able to catch one of the teens who was still in the process of beating the man.
“He’ll need some time to heal from his injuries. Fortunately they are not life-threatening,” Michalyshen said of the victim, who has since been released from hospital.
Since collaring the first suspect the night of the incident, cops have picked up five others. They are all facing charges of robbery, aggravated assault, robbery with a weapon and assault with a weapon.
Michalyshen assured the public that despite the apparently random nature of the attack, area residents should not be fearful because this was a rare incident.
“This is a safe area. People are out and about enjoying their evenings and nothing happens to them,” he said.

Winnipeg Citizens are being feed to the wolves.
Posted July 17th, 2009 by admin | No CommentsKillers get less time……
6 years or 40 months for KILLING someone and yet in another current case where a police officer was killed they are seeking 20 years.
what exactly would be the difference in these cases that would justify the variance in sentencing, KILLING is KILLING and should all carry a life sentence. When a scum bag gets sentenced to 6 years in jail gets out in four, does the person that was KILLED get up and start walking around ? NO because they were KILLED, and the scum bag that killed him gets to walk around and be free. Our judicial system is a joke.
And the problem is not criminals ( bare with me ), its the justice system that allows criminals to flurish.. really ! 6 years in prison is a vacation compared to what the sentence should be “Life in a 5 x 7 cell” but bleeding hearts and rehabilitation programs that don’t work put these KILLERS back in our streets. How many times have we all heard or read the news with this being said ” convicted sexual offender was released today and police have warned that he is at high risk to re offend” What the F@CK, keep the bastard in jail then for F@CKS sake, no lets let the bastard out so he can rape and kill our women and children, yeah great idea, another example of our useless justice system.
Lets speak up and let these bastards know if they get out of jail, that the safest place for “them” is back in jail, because the Citizens of this city are tired of being feed to the wolves, its time we took back our streets!
The following article is from the Winnipeg Sun:
A man convicted of manslaughter for a violent mugging that turned fatal when the unconscious victim was left in the middle of a road and run over by a car has won himself a new trial.
Terrence Sinclair, now 23, was sentenced last year to six years in prison. Co-accused Dallas Pruden-Wilson, 22, received an identical sentence, while Beau Sanderson, 19, was sentenced to 40 months time served.
In a decision released yesterday, the Manitoba Court of Appeal ruled the sentencing judge erred in finding as true evidence that Sinclair and Pruden-Wilson were together throughout the night Lecours was killed, leading to the conclusion Sinclair must have participated in the killing.
“It would, in our opinion, be unsafe to let the verdict stand in light of the mischaracterized evidence,” the court said.
Court was told at trial Lecours, 34, was walking home on Watson Street in the Maples late in the evening March 6, 2005, when Sanderson, Pruden-Wilson, and Sinclair confronted him.
Lecours either pulled out a knife or disarmed one of his attackers and slashed at them.
A motorist called 911 after she saw three males “kicking and stomping” Lecours and then running away, leaving him on the roadway.
Another motorist ran over Lecours, dragging his body several metres. An autopsy determined Lecours died after being run over by the car.
Both Sinclair and Pruden-Wilson sought to quash their convictions on the grounds the car that ran over Lecours constituted an “intervening act” breaking the chain between the assault and Lecours’ death.
The sentencing judge ruled the beating was a significant contributing factor in Lecours’ death.
“We are not persuaded that the judge made a palpable and overriding error in reaching that conclusion,” the appeal court said.
“Rather, we are of the view that the facts could lead to no other conclusion.”
